Given our clients' businesses and research objectives, we conduct our work using written surveys and/or the Internet.
Written surveys are useful when you want to obtain detailed and/or complex information from a particular target group. They are usually conducted on an anonymous basis, which encourages frank responses and improves the chances of collecting confidential or sensitive information. Most of our clients need the depth of information that is available from a written survey to create actionable strategies.
The Internet is particularly well suited to applications where all respondents have access to the Net, such as a business-to-business survey or an employee survey. Like a written survey, customers can respond when it is convenient for them and they are able to spend enough time to carefully consider their answers. Internet surveys also have the added flexibility of being able to be customized based on a customer's response.
Many of our clients use Internet surveys to measure their progress in between conducting our more in-depth written surveys. This allows them to quickly measure selected items identified in the written survey such as:
- service delivery issues
- complaint handling processes
- perceptions on a marketing campaign
- a recent change in operations
