Retention Index (RI)
This index is based on several measures of future intentions such as the likelihood to continue using or future intentions to increase the use of your services. The index allows you to identify your key retention drivers and profile your vulnerable vs. secure clients.
Customer Commitment Index (CCI)
This index measures customer commitment based on overall satisfaction levels, likelihood to recommend and future intentions. The CC Index can be used to set performance goals and track progress. The index can also be linked to critical business outcomes such as profitability levels.

- Competitive Pricing Index (CPI)
Measures the overall perception of your pricing relative to your competitors, based on the ratings for specific products. Allows you to see how your pricing is perceived by your customers and make appropriate adjustments.
- Cross-selling Index (CSI)
Measures the scope and efficiency of your cross-selling strategy, as well as the attitude your clients have towards cross-selling. - Channel Usage Index (CUI)
Measures the frequency and usage of your distribution channels by various client segments, as well as their levels of satisfaction and awareness. Allows you to track the impact of channel usage on your share-of-wallet.
- Contact Frequency Index (CFI)
Measures the expectations your clients have regarding the frequency and type of contact with your representatives. Allows you to estimate whether you are meeting their expectations and to identify areas which need to be worked on.
- Selection Criteria Index (SCI)
Identifies the factors influencing your customers in selecting you.. Allows you to rank and compare the factors which draw customers to your company and to your competitors.
- Product Interest Index (PII)
Measures the levels of awareness and interest in new products you are offering or are considering. Provides you with valuable marketing input to adjust implementation and promotion strategies for different products.
- Complaint Handling Index (CHI)
